Lead Pronto Alternatives: 7 UK Lead Suppliers Compared

Seven alternatives to Lead Pronto for UK home-improvement installers, compared on sectors, exclusivity, prices, contracts and returns. Checked 2 Nov 2026.

POCKLAPublished Updated 15 min read

Lead Pronto sells pay-per-lead enquiries and booked appointments in 48 sectors, from £15 a lead for windows, doors and heat pumps, with no contract or notice period. We compared seven alternatives for UK home-improvement installers (GMS Leads, Leads 2 Trade, Leads Everyday, POCKLA, PoweredLeads, Sales Fuel and Watts Marketing) using only what each publishes on its own website, read on 2 November 2026.

Three of the seven publish a price, and five sell every lead to one buyer. The biggest differences are what you buy (a web lead, a booked appointment or a campaign in your own name), who else gets it, and what happens to a bad one.

What does Lead Pronto offer?

Lead Pronto is a pay-per-lead agency that says it covers 48 sectors. Its price table lists home-improvement leads from £15 for double glazing, windows and doors and for air source heat pumps, £18 for solar, £20 for roofing, £22 for insulation and boilers, and £30 for conservatory roofs. Booked appointments start from £130, and its window and door page says prices exclude VAT.

Exclusivity depends on the sector. Windows and doors, heat pumps and insulation are exclusive, and its window and heat pump pages say each lead goes to one installer and is never resold. Solar is non-exclusive unless you ask for exclusive leads or run a branded campaign, and conservatory roofs and boilers are shared unless you run a branded campaign.

There's no contract, retainer or notice period on pay per lead or pay per appointment. Each campaign has a rejection policy agreed before it goes live, and a conservatory appointment that misses the agreed criteria is replaced. It also offers revenue share, usually after a pay-per-lead trial, and campaigns under your own brand for a typical fee of 25% of the ad spend it manages. Its window and solar pages offer new partners 20 free leads after their first 100 paid ones.

What does each alternative offer?

GMS Leads

Sells exclusive solar and air source heat pump leads, never resold, as grant-route leads from homeowners on qualifying benefits and as able-to-pay leads. It also sells boiler and insulation leads.

Leads start as online enquiries, with consent, IP address and time stored. Qualified leads are checked by phone by its UK team, which voice-records the homeowner's consent, and delivered in its online CRM. It offers a nine-day replacement period, on conditions that vary by lead type: able-to-pay web enquiries, for example, are replaced only for hoax contact details. Prices and contract terms aren't published, though its solar page mentions a trial order.

Leads 2 Trade

Sells phone-qualified home improvement and energy leads, including solar panels, air source heat pumps, windows, doors, conservatories and conservatory roofs, to a network it says has over 300 suppliers.

How many installers get a lead depends on its type. Its product pages say Hot Key leads go to one installer, handed over on the phone; Premium leads go to a maximum of three, with a "no pitch, no fee" guarantee; Qualified leads are sent out up to four times; and Lead Vault leads are sold first come, first served. Its FAQ describes Premium leads as going to you and one other company. Prices aren't published, and there are no joining or subscription fees. You can reject a lead within 72 hours for the reasons it lists, such as a duplicate or criteria that don't match, and cancelling needs 14 to 30 days' written notice. Solar installers must be MCS registered, and window installers FENSA, CERTASS, ASSURE or CPA registered.

Leads Everyday

Runs lead generation campaigns for trades rather than selling leads one by one. It builds a landing page for your business and runs Google Ads to it, and enquiries come to your phone, never shared with competitors. Its trade pages include solar panels, conservatory roofs, insulation, house extensions and flooring, and don't list windows or heat pumps. It takes no commission on jobs.

Its terms charge a flat monthly fee agreed at your consultation, which isn't published, with your Google Ads spend paid straight to Google. Its trade pages say there are no long-term contracts, and its terms set a minimum of two months from the day your campaign goes live, then 30 days' written notice. The terms don't cover bad leads.

POCKLA

This is us

Sells qualified web leads to UK home-improvement installers: solar, windows and doors, conservatories, air source heat pumps, insulation, flooring and home extensions. Each lead is sold once, to one buyer, and invalid numbers are returned with no time limit.

It publishes indicative ranges per qualified web lead, not quotes: £20–£50 for solar, windows and doors, conservatories, heat pumps and flooring, £20–£80 for insulation and £100–£300 for home extensions, with the exact price agreed on a call. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum term. Leads are followed up on WhatsApp or by SMS and delivered into any CRM or POCKLA Desk, where call analytics are free. Live transfers are offered, with no public price. Its product pages sell web leads and live transfers, not booked appointments, and it covers fewer sectors than Lead Pronto or Leads 2 Trade.

PoweredLeads

Sells solar, including battery storage, and air source heat pump leads at the same prices, from £45 per accepted lead, varying with order size and repeat orders. You buy a block, paid before delivery starts, and decide whether to order another when it's done. There's no minimum term, notice period, monthly fee or separate ad budget.

Every lead goes to one installer only and is never resold, and area exclusivity is available. A lead counts as accepted when the homeowner asked for a quote and agreed to a named installer contacting them, owns the property, is inside your postcodes and has a real, reachable name, address and phone number. A lead that misses that standard is replaced free, as account credit, with no time limit. There are no cash refunds on delivered leads that met it, but an undelivered balance is refunded if you stop.

Sales Fuel

Sells home improvement and energy leads, including solar, windows and doors, air source heat pumps, insulation, boilers and roofing, as pay-as-you-go leads, qualified weekly leads, hotkeys and booked appointments.

Its FAQ puts a lead at around £25 plus VAT at base, depending on product, volume and area, paid upfront. Pay as you go has no minimum contract but a minimum order of 50 leads, and hotkeys and appointments need at least 10 a week. Leads are exclusive to you for 30 days; after that, a lead you haven't contacted can go back on sale. A dead number, hoax or duplicate reported within 30 days is replaced free.

Watts Marketing

Sells exclusive booked appointments, qualified on the phone by its own UK agents, for double glazing, solar, heat pumps, conservatory roofs, spray foam insulation and boilers. Each appointment goes to one company and is never sold again. Prices aren't published: it says the cost depends on your volume and requirements.

It's pay as you go, with no contracts, tie-ins or minimum commitments, and setup is free. An appointment that doesn't go ahead is returned and replaced with a fresh lead, and one that falls short of what you were sold can be returned for credit.

Which alternatives sell solar, double glazing, heat pump and conservatory leads?

Solar leads

All seven alternatives sell solar leads. Lead Pronto's start from £18 and are non-exclusive unless you ask otherwise. Among the alternatives, PoweredLeads (from £45 per accepted lead), Sales Fuel (around £25 plus VAT at base, yours for 30 days) and POCKLA (£20–£50 indicative) publish a price. Our guide to what solar leads cost shows how to turn any of them into a cost per install. GMS Leads splits grant-route and able-to-pay leads, Watts Marketing sells booked appointments, and Leads Everyday runs a campaign in your name. Our comparison of solar lead suppliers covers more companies, and POCKLA's solar leads page shows what its leads contain.

Double glazing leads

Leads 2 Trade, POCKLA, Sales Fuel and Watts Marketing sell window and door leads, while GMS Leads, Leads Everyday and PoweredLeads don't list them. Lead Pronto's start from £15, exclusive. Of the four, Watts sells booked appointments only, Leads 2 Trade sends a lead to one to four installers by type, Sales Fuel keeps a lead yours for 30 days, and POCKLA sells each lead once. Our guide to what double glazing leads cost sets out the published prices supplier by supplier. See our double glazing supplier comparison and POCKLA's window and door leads.

Heat pump leads

GMS Leads, Leads 2 Trade, POCKLA, PoweredLeads, Sales Fuel and Watts Marketing sell air source heat pump leads. Lead Pronto's start from £15, exclusive, with grant-route and able-to-pay campaigns run separately. PoweredLeads prices heat pump leads the same as solar, and GMS Leads also splits grant-route and able-to-pay leads. Our guide to what heat pump leads cost compares the published prices and counts the survey in the cost per install. See our heat pump supplier comparison and POCKLA's air source heat pump leads.

Conservatory leads

Leads 2 Trade and POCKLA sell conservatory leads, roof replacements included. Watts Marketing sells conservatory roof appointments, and Leads Everyday runs conservatory roof campaigns. Lead Pronto's conservatory roof leads start from £30, shared unless you run a branded campaign, and its conservatory appointments from £130. Our guide to what conservatory leads cost compares roof and new-build lead prices. See our conservatory supplier comparison and POCKLA's conservatory leads.

Which Lead Pronto alternative fits which installer?

None of them is best for everyone. These rules of thumb follow from what each one publishes:

  • You want booked appointments, not leads. Watts Marketing sells only appointments. Leads 2 Trade's Premium leads come with appointments, and Sales Fuel sells appointments and hotkeys. Lead Pronto's start from £130.
  • You want a price before you talk to anyone. PoweredLeads, Sales Fuel and POCKLA publish one, as Lead Pronto does.
  • You want every lead sold to you alone. GMS Leads, Leads Everyday, POCKLA, PoweredLeads and Watts Marketing say every lead goes to one buyer. Check they cover your sector in the first table.
  • You want to prepay a fixed number and stop when it's done. PoweredLeads sells prepaid blocks with no minimum term.
  • You want enquiries in your own name, from your own ads. Leads Everyday runs a Google Ads campaign for your business for a monthly fee plus ad spend, and Lead Pronto runs branded campaigns.
  • You want each lead followed up before it reaches you. POCKLA follows up on WhatsApp or by SMS, then delivers into your CRM or POCKLA Desk.
  • You're a small team. Watch the minimums: 50 leads at Sales Fuel, or 10 a week for hotkeys and appointments, and two months at Leads Everyday. Watts Marketing, PoweredLeads and POCKLA set no minimum term.

If Lead Pronto already fits your sector and your cost per job is where you need it, switching for a slightly lower price per lead rarely pays. Measure cost per job by supplier first: our guide to cost per lead vs cost per job shows how.

What should you ask before you switch?

  • Is the lead exclusive in my sector, and for how long?
  • What exactly am I buying: a web lead, a booked appointment, a live transfer or a campaign?
  • What's the price for my area and criteria, and is VAT on top?
  • What counts as a bad lead, how long do I have to report it, and is it replaced, credited or refunded?
  • What ties me in: a minimum order, a prepaid block, a minimum term or a notice period?

How we checked

We started from the companies in our earlier supplier comparisons and read each one's own website on 2 November 2026: Lead Pronto's price table and sector pages, and each alternative's homepage, sector pages, pricing, terms and FAQ where it has them. We didn't ask for quotes or contact any company. Prices and terms change, so check them with the company before you buy.

If you run one of these companies and something here is wrong or out of date, email team@pockla.com and we'll correct it.
