How Much Do Conservatory Leads Cost in the UK?
What UK conservatory leads cost: published prices from 11 suppliers, checked 2 Nov 2026, and how to work out what you can afford to pay per lead and per job.
At POCKLA, a qualified web lead for a conservatory installer costs between £20 and £50: an indicative range, not a quote, with the exact price agreed on a call. Among the other UK suppliers we checked on 2 November 2026, published prices run from £25 to £49 a lead, and booked appointments start at £130.
Most suppliers don't publish a price at all, and the ones that do aren't selling the same thing. A shared repair enquiry, an exclusive orangery lead and a booked roof survey can all be sold as a conservatory lead. The number that decides whether buying leads pays is what you spend to sign a job.
How much do conservatory leads cost per lead?
This is what each supplier publishes on its own website, as read on 2 November 2026. Where a supplier doesn't publish something, the table says so. Our comparison of conservatory lead suppliers covers how each one finds and checks its leads.
Conservatory lead prices in the UK
Price, who gets the lead, ties and bad-lead terms, as each supplier publishes them
| Supplier | Published price | Sold to | Fees and ties | Bad leads |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AceLeads | Doesn't publish a price; a share of the work you win | One buyer or a few, your choice | Setup or joining fee, amount not published; no long contract | Replaced if it genuinely fails the criteria |
| Adfluential | Doesn't publish a price | Not published | Not published | Not published |
| BuildBright Leads | Doesn't publish a price | One firm per area | One-off pay-per-lead orders, or monthly packages | Wrong contact details and cancelled appointments replaced |
| Geordie Leads | Doesn't publish a price (roof leads) | Not published | No long-term contracts or minimum volumes | Not published |
| Lead Pronto | Leads from £30; appointments from £130 | Roof leads shared, or exclusive on a branded campaign | No contract or notice period | Appointments outside the agreed criteria replaced |
| Leads 2 Trade | Doesn't publish a price | 1 to 4 installers, by lead type | No joining or subscription fees; 14 to 30 days' notice | Reject within 72 hours, for its listed reasons |
| Leads Do Work | £25–£49 a lead on Connect, ex VAT | Shared; never more than 5 trades per job | £11 weekly service fee; cancel any time | Returns reviewed in 3 business days, credited to your balance |
| POCKLA | £20–£50, indicative | Sold once, to one buyer | No setup fee, monthly fee or minimum term | Invalid numbers come back, with no time limit |
| Salesfeed | Doesn't publish a price | Not published | No contracts or set-up costs | Refund requests reviewed; may be credited |
| Watts Marketing | Doesn't publish a price (roof appointments) | One company per household | No contracts or tie-ins; free setup | Returned and replaced if it doesn't go ahead |
| Wiizard Marketing | Packages from £399 a month; no price per lead | One company only | No contracts; cancel at any time | No fee if it doesn't deliver qualified leads |
The figures aren't like for like, which is why there's no honest average cost per conservatory lead. Leads Do Work's are for shared leads, exclude VAT and sit on top of an £11 weekly fee on its Connect subscription. Lead Pronto's £30 is for a pay-per-lead conservatory or roof lead, and its pay-per-lead page lists roof leads as shared unless you run a branded campaign. Wiizard Marketing's £399 is a monthly package, and no lead count is published with it. Geordie Leads' conservatory page is for roof leads, and Watts Marketing sells roof appointments only.
How do conservatory lead suppliers charge?
Conservatory lead generation pricing comes in five shapes among these 11 suppliers, and only the first is easy to compare on price alone.
| Model | What you pay for | Who publishes it |
|---|---|---|
| Pay per lead | Each enquiry, at a fixed price | Adfluential, BuildBright Leads, Lead Pronto, Leads 2 Trade, Leads Do Work, POCKLA, Salesfeed |
| Pay per appointment | Each booked survey | BuildBright Leads, Lead Pronto (from £130), Watts Marketing |
| Weekly fee plus leads | A subscription, then each lead | Leads Do Work (£11 a week on Connect) |
| Monthly package | A fixed monthly sum for a flow of leads | BuildBright Leads, Wiizard Marketing (from £399) |
| Share of the job | A cut of the work you win | AceLeads, plus a setup or joining fee; revenue share at Adfluential and Lead Pronto |
Each model puts the risk in a different place. A price per lead leaves the conversion risk with you. An appointment price moves some of it to the supplier, so it costs more: Lead Pronto's starts at £130, against £30 for a lead. A share of the job costs nothing on the jobs you lose and most on your biggest wins. A monthly package only becomes a price per lead once you divide it by the leads it actually delivered.
To compare across models, turn each one into cost per signed job. The section on what you can afford, below, shows how, and our guide to what double glazing leads cost works through web leads against booked appointments, per job won.
Do conservatory roof leads cost less than new conservatory leads?
Per lead, a little, where anyone publishes it. Leads Do Work is the only supplier here that prices conservatory leads by job type. Its Connect list for homeowner jobs, as published on 2 November 2026:
| Job (Leads Do Work Connect, ex VAT) | Price per lead |
|---|---|
| Conservatory repair | £25 |
| Conservatory base | £31 |
| Solid roof | £36 |
| Supply only (uPVC, aluminium or wooden) | £36 |
| Aluminium, supply and install | £46 |
| uPVC or wooden, supply and install | £49 |
| Orangery, supply and install | £49 |
Source: Leads Do Work, Connect explained. Lead Pronto prices conservatory and roof leads together, from £30 (conservatory appointments).
What differs more than the price is the job behind the lead. A roof replacement depends on what's already there. Watts Marketing, which sells roof replacement appointments only, qualifies each one on an original polycarbonate or glass roof, on a base, dwarf wall and frames sound enough to carry a new one, and on the home not being listed or in a conservation area. Leads 2 Trade asks roof installers to supply the system with an LABC certificate.
So before you buy conservatory roof replacement leads, ask what each lead says about the roof now, the age and size of the conservatory, and whether anyone has looked at the base. A cheap roof lead whose frames can't take a new roof costs you a wasted survey on top of the lead.
Are exclusive conservatory leads worth the higher price?
Four of the 11 sell every conservatory lead to one installer: BuildBright Leads, Watts Marketing, Wiizard Marketing and POCKLA. Leads Do Work shares each job with one to three other trades, and never more than five. Leads 2 Trade sends a lead to between one and four installers, depending on its type. AceLeads lets you choose.
You can't read the premium for exclusivity off published prices. The only supplier here that publishes a price for shared conservatory leads is Leads Do Work, and of those selling only exclusive leads, POCKLA alone publishes a price per lead. Ask any supplier that sells both for both prices, in writing.
A conservatory is a considered purchase, and often a joint one: Watts Marketing only books an appointment when every homeowner and decision maker will be there. When several firms ring the same homeowner within the hour, the job tends to go to whoever is first or cheapest. When one firm does, it can go to whoever gives the best advice. Our guide to exclusive vs shared leads covers how to check a lead really is exclusive.
What can you afford to pay per conservatory lead?
Work it out from the job, not from the supplier's price list:
Most you can pay per lead = what you'll spend to sign one job ÷ the leads it takes to sign one
Both inputs are yours. The first is a business decision: how much of a job's margin you'll give to winning it. The second you only learn by tracking leads from each supplier to a signed contract. The numbers below are round and made up for illustration. They are not POCKLA data, and not a forecast for any supplier, including us.
| Example (invented numbers) | Roof replacement | New conservatory | Orangery |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you'll spend to sign one job | £500 | £900 | £1,500 |
| Leads it takes to sign one | 12 | 18 | 25 |
| Most you can pay per lead | £42 | £50 | £60 |
In this example the orangery lead can carry the highest price even though fewer of them sign, because each signed job is worth spending more on. The roof lead signs most often, but the job is smaller, so its ceiling is lower.
Now change one number. If roof leads took 15 to sign rather than 12, the most you could pay would fall to £33. That's why it pays to know which job each lead was for: a supplier that sends roof, new-build and orangery leads under one label hides the number you need.
Run the same sum on a package or a share of the job. Divide what you paid in a month by the jobs it signed, and compare that with your spend per job. Our guide to cost per job rather than cost per lead sets out the formula and the levers that move it.
What should you ask a conservatory lead provider about price?
Before you buy conservatory leads from anyone, ask:
- What exactly is the price for? A web enquiry, a phone-qualified lead, a booked appointment, a month of leads, or a share of the job.
- Is VAT included? Leads Do Work's prices exclude it. Ask everyone.
- Which jobs are covered, and is each priced separately? New conservatory, orangery, roof replacement, repair.
- How many installers get each lead? One, up to four, or up to five.
- What sits on top of the lead price? Weekly fees, monthly packages, joining or setup fees, notice periods.
- What counts as a bad lead, and how long do you have to report it? Terms among these 11 run from 72 hours to no time limit. Our comparison of lead replacement policies sets out what usually counts.
- Does the consent name your business? The ICO's guidance on electronic mail marketing says consent collected by a third party must name your organisation, not just "trusted partners", if you plan to email or text the lead. Our guide to buying leads legally covers calls and the TPS too.
- What do the ads promise? The ASA's advice on lead generation marketing records rulings against ads offering funding, scrappage or grants for windows and double glazing. A homeowner who clicked a promise of money off expects money off, and your surveyor spends the visit explaining why there isn't any.
When is buying conservatory leads the wrong move?
Buying leads isn't always the right call. Hold off if:
- Your diary is already full from referrals and repeat work. A lead you can't survey for weeks is money spent on someone who may have moved on.
- Nobody can ring back the same day. Our guide to speed to lead covers why home-improvement enquiries cool, and how fast to respond.
- You only do one job and the supplier can't separate roofs from new builds. You'll pay for leads you pass on.
- You won't track outcomes by supplier. Without your own lead-to-job rate, you can't tell whether any price is good value.
Where POCKLA fits
POCKLA finds homeowners adding a conservatory or orangery, or replacing a conservatory roof, through Meta and Google campaigns aimed at your postcodes. You choose the jobs, in any mix, and each lead says which one the homeowner asked about. Each lead is followed up on WhatsApp from your brand's number, or with free SMS nurture if you prefer text.
The phone number is checked live and the postcode against your area. Everything else is the homeowner's own answer on the form: what's there now and its roof, the style and rough size they want, the timeframe, and whether the home is listed or in a conservation area, which isn't a view on planning. Finance-dependent enquiries and commercial projects are never sent. Each of our conservatory leads is sold once, to one buyer, and invalid numbers come back, with no time limit.
Leads go into your CRM, or POCKLA Desk, where calls made from Desk get free call analytics. We check competent person scheme membership before launch if you advertise it, and offer live transfers, priced on your criteria. The indicative price is £20–£50 per qualified web lead, with no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum term; our pricing explains the band. The exact figure is agreed on a call. What we won't promise is your survey or sign rate. That's the number to measure, whoever you buy from.
