Kept warm until they’re ready
Not everyone is ready the day they enquire. A sequence of messages in your name keeps you in front of them, each with a reason to reply, and stops the moment they do.
01 · When the lead lands
A WhatsApp from you
In your business’s name, with a button to their personalised page.
02 · 10 minutes on
Or a text instead
Not on WhatsApp, or it hasn’t landed? A text goes instead, with the same page.
03 · Day 2
A nudge
No reply, and your team hasn’t reached them? A short, friendly check-in.
04 · Day 7
Something useful
A message worth opening: what happens next, what to have ready, or the answer to a common question.
05 · Day 21
Still thinking?
No pressure. Just an easy way back in for anyone who wasn’t ready.
Example sequence · the steps and timing are set with you
It stops when
- They reply
- They book
- They send STOP
- It hands over
- Your team reaches them
Messages only go between 09:00 and 20:00, UK time.
Easier to reach, readier to buy
It qualifies further, answers their questions and gives them something useful, so the lead picks up when your team calls and the call goes somewhere. Six moments from four invented installers.
Asks what the form didn’t
The details your team would ask on the first call, one question at a time and only when it fits.
Example brand · Solmere Solar stands in for yours
Asks what the form didn’t. Example WhatsApp conversation between Solmere Solar and a homeowner:
- Solmere Solar: Hi James, it’s Solmere Solar 👋 Thanks for your enquiry about solar for your home. I’m our automated assistant, and the team will follow up too.
- Homeowner: great thanks. what do you need to know?
- Solmere Solar: Just a couple of things so the call’s useful. What kind of house is it, and which way does the main roof face?
- Homeowner: semi detached, back roof faces south
- Solmere Solar: Perfect. Would a battery interest you too, or panels only?
- Homeowner: probably a battery too
- Solmere Solar: Thanks James, that’s all with the team.
Outcome: Qualified further. Semi, south-facing roof, wants a battery too.
Explains what happens next. Example WhatsApp conversation between Northfield Heat Pumps and a homeowner:
- Northfield Heat Pumps: Hi Tom, it’s Northfield Heat Pumps 👋 Thanks for your enquiry about a heat pump. I’m our automated assistant, and the team will follow up too.
- Homeowner: what actually happens next? do I need to do anything?
- Northfield Heat Pumps: Nothing yet. The team will call to talk it through, and if it makes sense, arrange a free survey of your home.
- Northfield Heat Pumps: It helps to know roughly how much gas you use in a year. It’s on your energy bill or app.
- Homeowner: ok will dig it out 👍 evenings are best
- Northfield Heat Pumps: Thanks Tom, I’ve passed that on.
Outcome: Callback requested. “Evenings are best.” Knows what to have ready.
Clears up the free-grant idea. Example WhatsApp conversation between Solmere Solar and a homeowner:
- Solmere Solar: Hi Sarah, it’s Solmere Solar 👋 Thanks for your enquiry about solar for your home. I’m our automated assistant, and the team will follow up too.
- Homeowner: is this the free solar panel grant thing?
- Solmere Solar: Good question, and I’d rather be upfront: it isn’t a grant. The team can talk you through the costs and the ways to pay.
- Homeowner: ok fair. still interested tbh
- Solmere Solar: Great. When’s a good time for them to call?
- Homeowner: afternoons are best
- Solmere Solar: Thanks Sarah, I’ve passed that on.
Outcome: Callback requested. “Afternoons are best.” Knows it isn’t a grant.
Puts it in your calendar. Example WhatsApp conversation between Hartwell Conservatories and a homeowner:

- Homeowner: yes still interested, can someone ring me?
- Hartwell Conservatories: Of course. Which day suits you? The team calls weekdays 9 to 5, and Saturday mornings.
- Homeowner: thursday morning?
- Hartwell Conservatories: Thursday at 10:00 or 11:30?
- Homeowner: 10 is good
- Hartwell Conservatories: Booked: Thursday at 10:00. Someone from the team will call you then.
Outcome: Call booked. Thursday 10:00, in your calendar.
Closes it kindly. Example WhatsApp conversation between Northfield Heat Pumps and a homeowner:
- Northfield Heat Pumps: Hi Mark, it’s Northfield Heat Pumps 👋 Thanks for your enquiry about a heat pump. I’m our automated assistant, and the team will follow up too.
- Homeowner: we’ve decided to stick with the boiler for now, sorry
- Northfield Heat Pumps: No problem at all, thanks for letting us know. I’ll close this off so we don’t keep messaging you. If anything changes, just reply here.
- Homeowner: thanks 👍
Outcome: Not interested. Staying with the boiler. Closed, no more messages.
Hands it to your team. Example WhatsApp conversation between Ashbrook Windows and a homeowner:
- Ashbrook Windows: Hi Dan, it’s Ashbrook Windows 👋 Thanks for your enquiry about new windows. I’m our automated assistant, and the team will follow up too.
- Homeowner: can I speak to an actual person? it’s about the windows you fitted for us last year
- Ashbrook Windows: Of course. Thank you, your message is now with the team, and someone will pick it up with you.
Outcome: Handed to your team. About an existing job. The assistant has stepped back.
Set up and run for you
It speaks in your name, so you decide what it says. We do the rest: the number, Meta’s approvals, the sequence, the testing and the day-to-day running.
Your brief
The questions you’d ask on a first call, what’s worth sharing, and what it must leave to your team. You sign it off before anything goes out.
Your number
A WhatsApp Business number in your business’s name. We set it up and get every message in the sequence approved by Meta.
Rehearsed first
Before a real lead sees it, we run it against simulated customers: the awkward question, the complaint, the person who wants to stop.
Run by us
We watch the conversations, pick up every handover and tune the brief and the sequence as we learn what your leads ask.
Your WhatsApp brief
Version 3
It asks
- Is it your own home?
- When are you hoping to start?
- When’s good for a call?
It shares
- What happens on the call and survey
- What’s handy to have ready
- Quotes are free, with no obligation
It never says
- A price, saving or payback
- Grant or finance terms
- Whether they’re eligible
- Product or technical advice
It hands over
- Complaints and worries
- Legal or money questions
- Anyone who asks for a person
Approved by Your Business · 14 Oct

Polite, honest and easy to stop
The rules it keeps in every conversation, whoever the lead is and whatever they ask.
Consent
Only people who said yes
It messages leads who agreed to be contacted on the form. Every message it starts is one Meta has approved.
Consent record
- Agreed
- Yes, on the form

Your brief
It never guesses at a number
Prices, savings, grants, finance and eligibility are for your team. It says so plainly and moves on.
You’ll save around £1,100 a year
Savings depend on your home. The team will go through them with you.
Honest
It says it’s an assistant
From the first message, the lead knows an automated assistant answers first and your team follows up.
Opt-out
STOP means stop
A STOP never reaches the AI. It’s confirmed and recorded, and that number isn’t messaged on WhatsApp again.
Opt-out record
- They send
- STOP
- It replies
- No problem, we won’t message you again on WhatsApp.
- Recorded
- Opted out, 19:02
Does it come from our number?
Yes. It runs on a WhatsApp Business number in your business’s name, so the lead hears from you, not from us. We set the number up and get the messages approved by Meta.
Does the lead know it’s automated?
Yes. The first message says an automated assistant answers first and your team follows up. If they want a person, it hands the conversation to your team.
What does it ask the lead?
What you’d ask on a first call, one question at a time and only when it fits: their home, their timeline, what they’re after. Every answer goes on the lead.
What won’t it say?
Anything your team should own: prices, savings, grants, finance terms, whether someone is eligible, or product advice. It says so plainly and passes the question on.
Can it book calls?
Yes, where your calendar is connected: it offers times inside your hours and books the slot. Otherwise it passes on when suits them, in their own words.
How long does the nurture run?
As long as you agree. It’s a sequence of approved messages over days or weeks, each with a reason to reply. It stops as soon as they reply, book, opt out, get handed over or hear from your team.
What if the lead isn’t on WhatsApp?
If the first WhatsApp message hasn’t reached them within ten minutes, a text goes instead, with a link to their personalised page.
When does it send messages?
Between 09:00 and 20:00, UK time. A lead who enquires late at night hears from you the next morning.
What happens when someone sends STOP?
It confirms, records the opt-out and never messages that number on WhatsApp again. A STOP is matched before anything reaches the AI.
Does it cost extra?
Not on the leads we send you. It’s included, with no setup fee and no monthly fee.
Can we use it on leads we already have?
Yes. It runs the same way, from your number and to a brief you approve. There’s no setup fee: you pay for usage, and for each appointment booked through WhatsApp.
Switch it on with your leads
Tell us what you’d ask a new lead. We’ll set up your number, write the brief and the sequence with you, and have it running on the leads we send, or on your own.
01
Tell us your questions
What you’d ask on a first call, and what puts a lead out of scope.
02
Approve the brief
What it says about you, and what it never says. Nothing goes out until you’ve signed it off.
03
It goes live
On your number, on our leads or yours. We watch the conversations and tune it as we go.
