The prices are each supplier's own published figures, so they aren't like for like. Lead Pronto's £30 is for a pay-per-lead conservatory or roof lead and its £130 for a booked appointment. Leads Do Work's are for shared leads on a weekly subscription, and Wiizard Marketing's is a monthly package. The jobs differ too: Watts Marketing sells roof replacement appointments only, and Geordie Leads' conservatory page is for roofs.

What does each supplier offer?
AceLeads
A UK lead marketplace whose FAQ lists conservatories and orangeries among the work it covers, alongside extensions, garden rooms, windows and doors and other higher-value jobs. Leads are first-party, collected with consent under UK GDPR and PECR, and each one is validated and screened for junk and duplicates before it reaches a buyer's portal.
You choose exclusive leads, introduced to one buyer, shared leads, introduced to a small number of buyers, or a mix. It never charges per enquiry. Instead you pay a share of each job you win, as a percentage of larger jobs, plus a joining or setup fee depending on the plan. Neither figure is published: both are quoted per buyer and agreed in writing. There's no long contract or rolling lock-in, though Founding Partners, who hold an area exclusively, have a minimum. If a lead genuinely fails its criteria, it says it will put it right and the lead won't count against you.
Adfluential
Generates leads from homeowners planning conservatories, orangeries and glazed living space extensions, and has a separate page for conservatory roof leads. Leads come from websites and campaigns it owns and manages, not shared lists or recycled marketplaces, and it changes the ads, questions, pages and filters when quality needs improving.
There are three ways to buy: a fixed cost per qualified lead, with your team doing the follow-up; leads plus a call centre campaign it runs inside your CRM to book appointments; or a revenue share paid once the job is done. Contact details are verified and leads matched to filters you agree, then sent into your CRM. It doesn't publish prices, whether a lead goes to one buyer, contract terms or what happens to a bad lead.
BuildBright Leads
Sells conservatory, conservatory roof, pergola, glass room and veranda leads, generated with personalised social media ads and landing pages aimed at people in your area. It covers one firm per area, and leads are exclusive to you, with no sharing.
You can buy real-time leads, sent as soon as the customer enquires, or booked appointments, where it qualifies the lead and books it into your diary. Pay per lead is a fixed price per lead on a one-off order, with no ongoing commitment, and monthly packages can be scaled up or down. Prices aren't published. Each lead is checked against the criteria you give it. It replaces cancelled appointments and leads with incorrect contact details, and doesn't charge for no-shows.
Geordie Leads
A supplier based in the North East of England that sells leads from UK homeowners who want to replace or upgrade a conservatory roof: polycarbonate, glass, tiled solid roofs and insulated conversions. Its homepage says its double glazing leads also cover conservatories. Leads come from homeowners who searched online and submitted their details, with their consent, IP address and timestamp recorded.
Leads go to your inbox or CRM within five minutes of submission. You can take them automatically, or log into its partner portal and pick the ones you want by location and date. There are no long-term contracts and no minimum volumes. Pricing is discussed by phone, and it doesn't publish whether leads are shared or what happens to a bad one.
Lead Pronto
Sells conservatory and roof work as booked appointments, live transfers or pay-per-lead leads, covering roof replacements, solid and warm roof conversions and full conservatory installations. Enquiries come from its paid social, Google Ads and landing pages, under a campaign model agreed with you.
For appointments and transfers, it calls the homeowner and checks they own the home, with both signatories present where you require it, that the postcode is in your area, the rough size, shape and roof of what's there now, the problem in their own words, and the timescale. It then puts them through to your sales line or books a quotation into your diary. Appointments start from £130, depending on your area, the brief and the weekly volume, and conservatory and roof leads from £30. Its pay-per-lead page lists conservatory roof leads as shared, or exclusive on a branded campaign. Revenue share is also offered. There's no contract or notice period, and an appointment that doesn't meet the agreed criteria is sent back and replaced.
Leads 2 Trade
Has sold conservatory leads across the UK since 2006, from consumer websites including Compare Companies and Trusted Local Supplier, and sells conservatory roof replacement leads, for a solid tiled roof, as a separate product. Every enquiry is qualified by phone by its in-house conservatory-trained advisors on homeownership, the type of work, the material, the style, a timeline within six months, and whether the customer wants a free survey or quote. For roof leads, it also checks there's an existing conservatory.
How many installers get a lead depends on its type. Hot Key leads go to one installer and are handed over on the phone. Premium leads go to a maximum of three, with booked appointments and a "no pitch, no fee" guarantee. Qualified leads are sent out up to four times, and Lead Vault leads are sold first come, first served. Installers must offer an insurance-backed guarantee, and roof systems must come with an LABC certificate. Prices aren't published, and there are no joining or subscription fees. You can reject a lead within 72 hours for the reasons it lists, and cancelling needs 14 to 30 days' notice.
Leads Do Work
Runs around 300 home improvement websites and blogs and sells the enquiries as job leads, with separate pages for conservatories, conservatory roofs and conservatory repairs. Conservatory jobs include full design and build, roof replacements, base-only jobs and orangery-style extensions. Leads are matched to your postcodes and job types and sent in real time to your phone, email or app.
You choose pay per lead or a weekly subscription. On its Connect subscription, you set an area, job types and a weekly quota, and pay per lead plus an £11 weekly service fee. Connect prices, excluding VAT, include £36 for a solid roof or supply only, £46–£49 for supply and install, including an orangery, and £25 for a repair. Leads are shared: you compete with one to three other trades, and no more than five compete for any job. Every lead is verified by phone, SMS and visual checks by an operator. Refund requests are reviewed within three business days and, if accepted, credited to your balance. Connect can be paused or cancelled at any time.
POCKLA
This is usFinds homeowners adding a conservatory or orangery, or replacing a conservatory roof, follows up on WhatsApp or by text, and sends each lead to your CRM or POCKLA Desk. You choose the jobs you want, in any mix, and each lead says which one the homeowner asked about.
Every lead is sold once, to one buyer, and invalid numbers are returned with no time limit. It publishes an indicative £20–£50 per qualified web lead, with the exact price agreed on a call. The phone number is checked live and the postcode against your area. Everything else is the homeowner's own answers on the form: the property, what's there now, the style and rough size they want, the timeframe, and whether the home is listed or in a conservation area, as they answered it. You choose the postcodes. It checks competent person scheme membership before launch if you advertise it, and also does live transfers, priced on your criteria. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum term.
Salesfeed
Sells live customer enquiries across the UK and lists conservatories among the categories it covers. Enquiries come from people looking for a service through its media channels, not from competitions or surveys, and are sent in real time by email, SMS, into your CRM or through its portal. You choose the counties you cover.
You pay only for the enquiries you receive. Costs vary by category and demand, and aren't published, and phone leads are billed only past a minimum call length. There are no set-up fees, contracts or long-term commitments. If a lead isn't a genuine opportunity, you can request a refund in the portal, and it's credited where appropriate. It doesn't publish whether an enquiry goes to one business or several, or how enquiries are checked.
Watts Marketing
Sells exclusive conservatory roof appointments, for solid and tiled roof replacements, booked into your diary. Each one is sold to one company and never to a second or third. It doesn't cold call: homeowners come from Facebook, Google, organic search and referrals, then its own UK call centre qualifies them, and its QA team listens back to the recordings.
To qualify, the homeowner must own the home and have no bad credit, CCJs, IVAs or debt management. There must be an existing conservatory with its original polycarbonate or glass roof, on a base and frames sound enough to carry a new one. They must want a room they can use all year rather than a patch repair, plan to go ahead within six months, and have every decision maker at the appointment. Listed properties and conservation areas, where a roof replacement may be restricted, are excluded, and so are conservatories that have already been converted. Prices aren't published. There's no contract, setup is free and you pay as you go. An appointment that doesn't go ahead is returned and replaced with a fresh lead, and a base or frames that can't carry a new roof is covered by its returns policy, as credit.
Wiizard Marketing
A marketing agency, also selling local SEO and Google Business Profile packages, with a page for conservatory leads. It targets homeowners in your service area who are looking to build a conservatory, and says each lead goes to one company only, is never shared with competitors and is sent in real time.
Leads are sold as fixed monthly packages under a pay-per-lead heading, and its packages page lists lead generation from £399 a month. No price per lead is published. There are no upfront costs or locked-in contracts, and under its "no win, no fee" promise, you don't pay if it doesn't deliver qualified leads for your area. It says leads are verified, but not how.
Which conservatory lead suppliers are exclusive?
Four sell every conservatory lead to one installer: BuildBright Leads, POCKLA, Watts Marketing and Wiizard Marketing.
At the others, it depends, or they don't say:
- AceLeads lets you choose exclusive leads, for one buyer, or shared ones, for a small number.
- Lead Pronto lists conservatory roof leads as shared, or exclusive on a branded campaign.
- Leads 2 Trade sends a lead to between one and four installers, depending on the lead type.
- Leads Do Work shares each job, with no more than five trades competing for it.
- Adfluential, Geordie Leads and Salesfeed don't publish whether a lead is shared.
A shared lead isn't a worse version of an exclusive one, just a different product. Our guide to exclusive vs shared leads explains the difference.
How much do conservatory leads cost?
Three suppliers here publish a price per lead. Lead Pronto sells conservatory and roof leads from £30, and appointments from £130. Leads Do Work's Connect prices run from £25 for a repair to £49 for supply and install, excluding VAT, plus an £11 weekly fee. POCKLA publishes an indicative £20–£50 per qualified web lead. Wiizard Marketing lists lead generation packages from £399 a month.
AceLeads, Adfluential, BuildBright Leads, Geordie Leads, Leads 2 Trade, Salesfeed and Watts Marketing don't publish prices. AceLeads charges a share of the work you win instead of a price per lead.
The price depends on your area, your criteria, the volume, the job and whether the lead is exclusive. A booked survey and a web enquiry aren't two prices for the same thing, and neither are a roof replacement and a new orangery, so compare what each lead includes before comparing what it costs.
What about Checkatrade and Bark?
Marketplaces and directories work differently. Homeowners post a job or find a trade, and trades pay to reach them, usually alongside other trades.
On Bark, professionals pay in credits to contact a customer, and a general request can go to up to five professionals. The credit cost is shown before you buy, with VAT on top, and credits bought since 1 November 2025 last three months. Credits are reinstated for some bad contacts, such as an invalid phone number, reported within seven days. Sources: terms, seller pricing.
Checkatrade is a trades directory. Its membership plans are £0, £30 a month and from £59 a month, and it offers a regular flow of leads for a fixed monthly cost. Fixed plan memberships run for 12 months. Source: pricing.
What to ask before you buy conservatory leads
- Which jobs are included? A new conservatory, an orangery, a replacement roof or a repair. Some suppliers here sell only one of them.
- Who else gets the lead? One installer, up to three, or more.
- What exactly am I buying? A web enquiry, a phone-qualified lead, a live transfer or a booked survey.
- What's there now? For a roof job, ask whether the lead says what the current roof is made of, the age and size of the conservatory, and whether anyone has looked at the base and frames.
- Was the homeowner asked if the home is listed or in a conservation area? Ask how the answer was recorded, and whether those homes are filtered out.
- Who will be at the survey? Whether every homeowner and decision maker will be there.
- What counts as a bad lead, and how long do I have to report it? The terms here run from 72 hours to no time limit.
- What ties me in? Weekly fees, monthly packages, joining fees and notice periods.
- What do you need from me? Some suppliers here ask for an insurance-backed guarantee, or an LABC certificate on roof systems.

How we checked
We started from the suppliers that come up when you ask search engines and AI assistants who sells conservatory leads in the UK. We left out any that don't advertise conservatory leads, and agencies that charge a monthly fee to run your ads rather than selling leads. Then we read each supplier's own website on 29 October 2026: its conservatory page, plus its pricing, terms and FAQ pages where we used them. We didn't ask for quotes or contact any supplier. Prices and terms change, so check them with the supplier before you buy.
If you run one of these companies and something here is wrong or out of date, email team@pockla.com and we'll correct it.
