The prices are each supplier's own published figures, so they aren't like for like. Most are per lead, but Lead Pronto also gives an appointment price, and PromoSEO a monthly price or a share of the job. Leads Do Work's are for shared leads, and Sales Fuel's is a base price across its leads rather than a window price.

What does each supplier offer?

AceLeads

A UK lead marketplace across property, energy and other sectors, with a page for double glazing, window and door leads from homeowners pricing replacement windows, doors or conservatories. Jobs include replacement windows, composite and bi-fold doors, matched by product, quantity and region across the UK. Each lead says what the homeowner wants fitted, roughly how many units and the frame material. You're notified as soon as a lead is captured and validated, but it doesn't say how leads are validated.

You choose exclusive leads, routed to you alone, or shared leads, which go to a small number of fitters and cost less. You're never charged per enquiry: you pay a share of the work you win. There are two routes. Lead Partner has a joining fee, then a share of each job. Founding Partner has a setup fee and a lower share, and gives you your area exclusively, with a minimum. The fees and shares aren't published. There's no long contract or rolling lock-in, and a lead that genuinely fails its criteria is replaced.

Adfluential

Generates double glazing leads from UK homeowners through websites and advertising campaigns it owns and manages, rather than bought lists or marketplace data. Contact details are checked, and each lead is matched to the criteria and campaign questions agreed with you before launch. Campaigns can target the areas your installation teams cover.

There are three ways to buy: a fixed price per qualified lead, with your team doing the follow-up; per lead, with its managed call centre booking surveys for you; or, for strategic partners, revenue share once the job is completed. Prices aren't published, and depend on the product, location, criteria, volume and buying model. Its windows and doors page doesn't say whether leads are exclusive, and contract and bad-lead terms aren't published.

Convrsion

Convrsion LLC, based in Delaware in the US, says it runs campaigns in the UK and five other markets. Its windows page sells double and triple glazing leads and conservatory and patio door leads, from Google, Meta and native display campaigns.

Every lead is exclusive and never resold. You can buy pay per lead, live transfers to your sales team, or campaigns run under your own brand. Prices aren't published: rates are set by sector and area. Phone numbers are verified and duplicates removed, and each lead is checked against your criteria, scored by AI and sent an instant SMS. Leads go to your CRM, by email or to its dashboard in real time. Most campaigns start from 25 to 50 leads, with no long-term contract. You can reject invalid or duplicate leads under its lead quality policy, which it doesn't set out.

DoubleGlazingLeads.com

A UK business that sells verified leads and pre-qualified sales appointments to window and door companies. It says its leads are telephone-verified, but not how.

It doesn't publish prices, how it charges, whether leads are exclusive, its contract terms or what happens to a bad lead.

Geordie Leads

A trade lead supplier based in the North East of England, with pages for window and door leads and double glazing leads. Leads come from UK homeowners who searched online and submitted their details, for uPVC windows, double glazing and door replacement, including casement and sash windows and front, patio and French doors.

Leads arrive automatically, or you log in to its partner portal and browse them by location and date, buying only what matches your area. Each is a consented enquiry, with the consent, IP address and time recorded. There are no long-term contracts and no minimum volumes. Prices, whether leads are exclusive and what happens to a bad one aren't published.

Lead Pronto

Sells exclusive window and door leads from £15 a lead, never resold, for uPVC, aluminium or wooden windows and doors. It covers England, Scotland and Wales, targeting regions or postcodes.

Web leads come from its own funnels and brands and go to your CRM the second the form is submitted, matched to the criteria agreed before launch. It also sells booked appointments from £130. Every prospect is spoken to and the time confirmed before it reaches you, and an appointment that doesn't meet the agreed criteria is replaced. Revenue share is available too, where you pay from the sale rather than the lead, usually after a pay-per-lead trial. There's no retainer or contract, and each campaign has a rejection policy agreed before it goes live.

Lead7

Run by Seven Web Assets Ltd in Glasgow, Lead7 sells window and door leads from £15 a lead, generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google and native ad campaigns. Every lead is exclusive and passed live to your CRM.

You can buy pay as you go, with no long-term contracts, on revenue share, where it says you pay nothing until you make sales, or on a bespoke plan. It says it monitors lead conversion daily, but doesn't say how leads are checked. Bad-lead terms aren't published.

Leads 2 Trade

Sells window, door and conservatory leads to installers in its network, phone-qualified in house. For windows and doors it checks the customer is the homeowner, wants the work now or within six months and wants a free survey or quote. It also records how many windows and doors, the material, such as uPVC or aluminium, and the type of work. Installers in England and Wales must be FENSA, CERTASS, ASSURE or CPA registered.

How many installers get a lead depends on its type. Hot Key leads go to one installer and are handed over on the phone. Premium leads go to a maximum of three, with booked appointments and a "no pitch, no fee" guarantee. Qualified leads are sent out up to four times, and Lead Vault leads are sold first come, first served. Prices aren't published, and there are no joining or subscription fees. You can reject a lead within 72 hours for the reasons it lists, and cancelling needs 14 to 30 days' notice.

Leads Do Work

Leads Do Work Ltd sells home improvement job leads from a network of over 300 websites and niche blogs, including window jobs from single replacements to full houses, and door jobs. Leads reach you in real time by email, SMS or its app, and its in-house team checks ownership, contact details and the basic project on each one.

Leads are shared. On its pay-per-lead service you compete with one to three tradespeople for the same job, and no more than five compete for any job. Its price list sets a price for each job type, such as £44 for a uPVC window lead and £26 for a uPVC or composite external door, excluding VAT, plus a weekly service fee of £11. Returns are reviewed by hand within three business days and credited back if accepted. You can pause or cancel at any time.

POCKLA

This is us

Finds homeowners replacing their windows and doors, follows up on WhatsApp or by text, and sends each lead to your CRM or POCKLA Desk. Leads cover casement, sash, tilt-and-turn and bay windows, and composite front and back doors, French doors, patio doors and bifolds. You choose the jobs you want, and conservatories are a separate lead.

Every lead is sold once, to one buyer, and invalid numbers are returned with no time limit. It publishes an indicative £20–£50 per qualified web lead, with the exact price agreed on a call. The phone number is checked live and the postcode against your area. Everything else is the homeowner's own answers on the form, such as the property, the windows they have now, how many they want and when, and you choose the postcodes. It checks FENSA or CERTASS registration before launch if you advertise it, and also does live transfers, priced on your criteria. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum term.

PromoSEO

A lead generation and SEO company in Wilmslow that sells exclusive double glazing leads to one company per area, across the UK's major regions. Leads cover window, door and conservatory work and come from SEO, Google Ads and Local Services Ads that it runs.

It filters every enquiry by postcode, property type and job intent, and removes invalid and duplicate leads before delivery. There are two ways to pay: monthly lead packages from £500 a month, or pay per conversion, typically around 30% of the confirmed job value. There's no contract. It runs a make-good policy for invalid or unqualified leads, but doesn't say how it works.

ROI Leads

Sells window and door enquiries for a share of the profit: you pay an agreed share once an order is placed, with nothing up front, no retainer and no setup cost. Each enquiry goes to one installer per area and is never resold.

It qualifies each enquiry on the property, the scope (a full house or a few units) and the buying timeline, and you choose whether you take single units, full houses or both. Jobs include uPVC and aluminium windows, composite and front doors, conservatory glazing, secondary glazing, and repairs and reglazing. It runs city by city, with areas including Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool and London live. The share isn't published, and neither are contract or bad-lead terms.

Sales Fuel

Sells window and door leads across mainland England, Scotland and Wales, including residential, bi-fold, and double or triple glazing leads, plus pre-booked appointments and live calls. It checks property ownership, listed building status, planning restrictions and conservation areas, and a one-to-three-month timeline, and asks about annual salary and budget.

Leads are exclusive to you for 30 days. After that, one you haven't contacted can go back on sale. Its FAQ puts a lead at around £25 plus VAT at base, paid upfront, with a minimum order of 50 leads, or 10 a week for hot keys and appointments. Pay as you go has no contract, and buying larger volumes weekly typically brings the price per lead down. A dead number, hoax or duplicate reported within 30 days is replaced free.

Watts Marketing

Sells double glazing leads as exclusive booked appointments, across the UK in the postcode areas you choose. Each one goes to one company and is never sold again. Leads come from its own advertising, search and inbound enquiries, and it doesn't cold call.

Its own UK agents qualify every appointment by phone: the homeowner owns the property, it's a house or bungalow rather than a flat, a rental or a home on the market, the work is meant to happen within six months and every decision maker will be present. Credit is screened on the same call, and listed buildings and conservation areas are filtered out. Prices aren't published. It's pay as you go, with no contract, tie-in or minimum. An appointment that doesn't go ahead, or falls short of the standard, is credited or replaced with a fresh lead.

Which double glazing lead suppliers are exclusive?

Seven sell every window and door lead to one buyer: Convrsion, Lead Pronto, Lead7, POCKLA, PromoSEO, ROI Leads and Watts Marketing. PromoSEO and ROI Leads do it by area, with one installer per area.

At the others, it depends or isn't published:

  • AceLeads lets you choose exclusive leads or cheaper shared ones that go to a small number of fitters.
  • Leads 2 Trade sends a lead to between one and four installers, depending on the lead type.
  • Sales Fuel keeps a lead exclusive to you for 30 days.
  • Leads Do Work shares each job, with no more than five tradespeople competing for it.
  • Adfluential, DoubleGlazingLeads.com and Geordie Leads don't say.

A shared lead isn't a worse version of an exclusive one, just a different product. Our guide to exclusive vs shared leads explains the difference.

How much do double glazing leads cost?

Lead Pronto and Lead7 both publish window and door leads from £15 a lead, and Lead Pronto's booked appointments start from £130. Sales Fuel puts a lead at around £25 plus VAT at base. Leads Do Work prices each job type, such as £44 for a uPVC window lead and £26 for a uPVC or composite door, excluding VAT, plus £11 a week. PromoSEO's monthly packages start from £500, or you pay around 30% of the confirmed job value. POCKLA publishes an indicative £20–£50 per qualified web lead.

AceLeads and ROI Leads charge a share of the work you win, without publishing the share. Adfluential, Lead Pronto and Lead7 also offer revenue share.

Adfluential, Convrsion, DoubleGlazingLeads.com, Geordie Leads, Leads 2 Trade and Watts Marketing don't publish prices.

The price depends on your area, your criteria, the volume and whether the lead is exclusive. A single-window repair and a full-house replacement aren't the same lead, and neither are a web enquiry and a booked survey, so compare what each lead includes before comparing what it costs.

What about Bark and Checkatrade?

Marketplaces and directories work the other way round. A homeowner posts a job or looks you up, and you pay to contact them or to be listed.

On Bark, professionals buy credit packs and spend credits to contact customers, with the cost in credits shown upfront and VAT on top. A general request goes to up to five professionals, and credits last three months. Credits are reinstated, not refunded, for some faulty contacts, such as an invalid phone number, reported within seven days. Sources: seller pricing, terms.

Checkatrade is a trades directory with membership plans at £0, £30 a month and from £59 a month. Its Growth plan gives a regular flow of leads for a fixed monthly cost, and fixed plans run for 12 months. Source: pricing.

What to ask before you buy double glazing leads

  • Who else gets the lead? One installer, a few, or up to five, and for how long.
  • What exactly am I buying? A web enquiry, a booked survey or a live transfer, and who confirmed the appointment.
  • What's the job? A full house or a single unit, replacement or repair, how many windows and doors, and the frame material. Ask whether you can turn off the jobs you don't fit.
  • What's the property? A house or a flat, owner-occupied or rented, and whether it's listed or in a conservation area, which can limit what you can fit.
  • When do they want it done, and who'll be there? The timeline, and whether every decision maker will be at the survey.
  • What did the ad promise? A discount or finance offer in the ad shapes what the homeowner expects when your surveyor arrives.
  • What counts as a bad lead, and how long do I have to report it? The terms here run from 72 hours to no time limit, and five suppliers don't publish any.
  • What ties me in? Joining and setup fees, weekly fees, minimum orders, notice periods and, on revenue share, what percentage of what.
  • Do you need my FENSA or CERTASS registration? Leads 2 Trade asks for FENSA, CERTASS, ASSURE or CPA registration in England and Wales.

Our guide to how to choose a lead generation company sets out ten questions to ask any supplier, and our comparison of UK lead generation companies covers solar and other sectors.

How we checked

We started from the suppliers that come up when you ask search engines and AI assistants who sells double glazing leads in the UK. We left out any that don't advertise window or door leads, and marketing agencies that run campaigns for a fee rather than selling leads. Then we read each supplier's own website on 29 October 2026: its window and door page, plus its pricing, terms and FAQ pages where we used them. We didn't ask for quotes or contact any supplier. Prices and terms change, so check them with the supplier before you buy.

If you run one of these companies and something here is wrong or out of date, email team@pockla.com and we'll correct it.
