The prices are each supplier's own published figures, so they aren't like for like. LeadsDoWork's are for shared leads, PromoSEO's is a monthly package rather than a price per lead, and POCKLA's is an indicative band. ROI Leads has no price per lead at all: it takes a share of the profit on the jobs you win.

What does each supplier offer?

Lead Pronto

Sells flooring leads to UK retailers and fitters from £15 a lead. It generates domestic and commercial leads for carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, engineered wood and epoxy flooring, from its ads on Google, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. If you only fit certain products, it restricts the criteria to match.

Its flooring page doesn't say whether leads are exclusive. It runs branded campaigns under your own name and non-branded campaigns on its own funnels, and either way leads are matched to the criteria you agree before launch and sent to your CRM as soon as the form is submitted. The £15 is a guide price: your cost depends on the type of flooring work and the area you cover. Booked appointments and hot keys start from £130 each, and every appointment campaign includes a rejection policy. It also offers fully managed brand marketing at a typical fee of 25% of the ad spend it manages. There's no contract, retainer or notice period, and you pay only for the leads delivered.

LeadsDoWork

Sources flooring enquiries from a network of over 300 home improvement websites and sends them by app, SMS or email, for the postcodes and floor types you set. Its flooring trade covers carpet, wood, tile, laminate, parquet and renovation jobs. Creating an account is free.

Leads are shared. On pay per lead, which it calls Connect, you compete with one to three other trades for the same job, and no more than five compete for any one job. Flooring leads cost £24 each for a consumer job and £34 for a business job (£25 and £31 for parquet), excluding VAT, plus a weekly service fee of £11. A return request is reviewed by hand within three business days, and the value is credited to your balance if it's accepted. You can cancel any time.

It also sells Smart Local packs of 5, 10 or 20 flooring jobs for £28.80, £39.60 and £69.60, excluding VAT. On packs, you'll normally compete with other trades for the same job, individual leads can't be returned, and payment for an active pack isn't refunded. Every lead is verified by phone, SMS and visual checks by an operator.

POCKLA

This is us

Finds homeowners replacing carpet, laminate, LVT, vinyl or wood floors, follows up on WhatsApp or by text, and sends each lead to your CRM or POCKLA Desk.

Every lead is sold once, to one buyer, and invalid numbers are returned with no time limit. It publishes an indicative £20–£50 per qualified web lead, with the exact price agreed on a call. The phone number is checked live and the postcode against your area. Everything else is the homeowner's own answers on the form: whether they own the home, the floor and rooms they want, a rough size, the timeframe, and what's there now, including the subfloor and any underfloor heating as they describe it. You choose the postcodes and floors, and commercial projects aren't sent. It checks trade association membership before launch if you advertise it, and also does live transfers, priced on your criteria. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum term.

PromoSEO

Sells exclusive flooring leads across the UK, residential and commercial, from SEO, Google Ads, Local Services Ads and its own flooring funnels. It covers laminate, hardwood, engineered wood, vinyl, LVT, safety flooring, carpet fitting, floor sanding, restoration and repairs, and you choose the jobs you want.

Each enquiry goes to one contractor per area. Every submission is screened for flooring type, job size, property type, location, budget range and urgency, and invalid, duplicate or vague ones are removed before delivery. Leads arrive by call transfer, email, SMS or CRM. It says it works on fixed cost per lead and pay-per-conversion models, and describes its service as no-win-no-fee. Flooring packages start from £500 a month, and it doesn't publish a price per lead. It runs a make-good system for invalid or unsuitable leads, and there's no long-term commitment.

ROI Leads

Sells exclusive flooring enquiries from homeowners and developers, on a pay-on-results basis. You pay a share of the profit a lead earns, after the work is won, with no up-front fee and no monthly cost. The share isn't published. It covers wood, LVT, carpet, laminate, tile and stone, and commercial installations, and lists Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, London and Manchester as live areas.

Each enquiry goes to a single flooring firm in the area. Before passing one on, it confirms a clear material choice, an approximate area and a realistic fitting date. The area is the homeowner's own estimate, not a professional measure. Your area, floor types, whether commercial work is included and a minimum job value are agreed at sign-up. It doesn't publish a contract term or what happens to a bad lead.

Which flooring lead suppliers are exclusive?

Three sell every flooring lead to one buyer: POCKLA, PromoSEO and ROI Leads. PromoSEO and ROI Leads do it by area, sending each enquiry to one firm there.

At the others:

  • LeadsDoWork shares each lead. On pay per lead, you compete with one to three other trades, and no more than five compete for any one job.
  • Lead Pronto's flooring page doesn't say. It runs branded campaigns under your name and non-branded ones on its own funnels.

A shared lead isn't a worse version of an exclusive one, just a different product. Our guide to exclusive vs shared leads explains the difference.

How much do flooring leads cost?

Published prices among the suppliers here start at £15 a lead at Lead Pronto, with booked appointments and hot keys from £130. LeadsDoWork charges £24 a shared consumer flooring lead, plus an £11 weekly service fee, or £28.80 to £69.60 for a Smart Local pack of 5 to 20 jobs, all excluding VAT. PromoSEO's flooring packages start from £500 a month. POCKLA publishes an indicative £20–£50 per qualified web lead.

ROI Leads doesn't charge per lead. It takes a share of the profit on work you win, with nothing up front, and doesn't publish the share.

The price depends on your area, your criteria, the volume and whether the lead is exclusive. A shared lead, an exclusive lead and a share of a finished job aren't three prices for the same thing, so work out what each would cost you per job won. Our guide to cost per lead vs cost per job shows how.

What about Checkatrade, Bark and other marketplaces?

Marketplaces work the other way round. Homeowners post a job, and trades pay to be put in touch, usually alongside other trades.

Checkatrade is a trades directory. Its plans for trades are £0, £30 a month and from £59 a month. It says you choose how many leads you want a year and get them for a fixed monthly cost, and fixed plan memberships run for 12 months. Source: pricing.

Rated People is now part of Checkatrade Group, and every job posted there is matched with a trade from Checkatrade's network. On its Opportunities Board, creating an account is free and you pay only when you choose to unlock a lead. Its fixed lead plan is priced on your trade and area, and runs on a 12-month term. Sources: help for trades, Checkatrade Group.

On Bark, professionals pay in credits to respond to a request, and a general request can go to up to five professionals. The credit cost is shown before you buy, with VAT on top, and credits last three months. Credits used on a general request are put back on your account for some bad contacts, such as an invalid phone number, if you report it within seven days. Sources: terms, seller pricing.

On MyJobQuote, you buy leads one at a time and pay by debit or credit card. It limits how many trades can buy any one lead, and tells homeowners that up to three local trades will be in touch. A lead with an invalid phone number, or one you've already bought, must be reported within 48 hours of purchase. Any refund is at its discretion, as credit to your account rather than to your card. Sources: terms of supply, homepage.

What about agencies that run a campaign for you?

Some companies sell a campaign rather than individual leads, so we've left them out of the tables.

Leads Everyday has a flooring page covering laminate, engineered wood, vinyl, carpet and luxury vinyl tiles. It builds a landing page for your business and runs Google Ads to it, and the leads are sent to your phone and never shared with competitors. It takes no commission on jobs. Its terms charge a flat monthly fee agreed at your consultation, with your Google Ads spend paid separately, straight to Google. The flooring page says you can cancel any time and there are no long-term contracts. The terms set an initial minimum of two months from the date your campaign goes live, then 30 days' written notice. Sources: flooring leads, terms.

Leads for Growth has a flooring page covering residential carpet fitting, LVT, laminate and engineered hardwood, and commercial flooring, across England, Scotland and Wales. Its team builds a campaign for your location, and leads come to your phone in real time, sent only to you. It mentions a low start-up cost and one monthly payment, with no commission on jobs and no long-term contract, but doesn't publish either amount. Sources: flooring leads.

What to ask before you buy flooring leads

  • Who else gets the lead? One fitter, one firm per area, or several trades competing for the same job.
  • Which floors, and which rooms? Carpet, LVT, laminate, vinyl or wood. Some suppliers here mix in epoxy, resin or commercial work, so ask whether you can switch off what you don't fit.
  • Supply and fit, or fit only? Ask whether the homeowner has already bought the floor. It changes what the job is worth to you.
  • How big is the job, and who measured it? A room count and rough square metres help you price it, but ask whether the size is the homeowner's own estimate.
  • What's under the floor now? Concrete or timber, underfloor heating, stairs and what has to come up first all change the quote. Ask whether the lead says, and whose description it is.
  • When do they want it fitted? A fitting date in the next few weeks is a different lead from someone still choosing samples.
  • How am I charged? Per lead, a pack, a weekly fee, a monthly package, or a share of the profit. If it's a share, ask how it's worked out and when it's due.
  • What counts as a bad lead, and what ties me in? The window to report one, packs paid upfront, minimum terms and notice periods.

Our guide to how to choose a lead generation company sets out ten questions to ask any supplier, and our comparison of UK lead generation companies covers solar and other sectors.

How we checked

We started from the suppliers that come up when you ask search engines and AI assistants who sells flooring leads in the UK. We left out any that don't advertise flooring leads on their own website. Then we read each supplier's own website on 29 October 2026: its flooring page, plus its pricing, terms and FAQ pages where we used them. We didn't ask for quotes or contact any supplier. Prices and terms change, so check them with the supplier before you buy.

If you run one of these companies and something here is wrong or out of date, email team@pockla.com and we'll correct it.
