What does each supplier offer?

Boiler Guide

A heating advice site, operated by Leads.io, that offers air source and ground source heat pump enquiries to approved installers, alongside biomass, solar and repair work. It says it gets over 300 air source heat pump enquiries a month from across the UK and speaks to every customer before offering the lead.

Each lead is offered to up to three companies, and some types, such as repairs, to one. You pick the leads you want from a dashboard, or auto-accept everything in your area. It's free to join, with no contract, subscription, commission or minimum, and you pay per lead you choose. Prices aren't published.

EcoMatch

A marketplace for solar, battery, heat pump and EV charger introductions, launching in the South East. Installers upload their MCS, NICEIC or TrustMark certificates, then pick leads in their approved services and postcodes.

Each enquiry is sold to one partner only. There are two flat prices: £20 for a raw enquiry, which hasn't been phoned, and £40 for a verified one, where its team has spoken to the homeowner and attached call notes. There's no subscription, minimum or lock-in. The fee is payable whether or not the homeowner goes ahead, and there's no automatic refund or replacement: invalid enquiries are reviewed case by case.

GMS Leads

Sells exclusive air source heat pump leads, never resold, as grant leads (for homeowners receiving benefits) and able-to-pay leads. Grant leads cover England or the postcodes you set.

Leads come from online enquiries and are checked by phone by its UK home-based quality team, which voice-records the homeowner's consent to be contacted by you alone. They're delivered in its online CRM. It offers a nine-day replacement period for a lead that doesn't qualify, can't be contacted, or where you can't book an appointment, under its terms. Prices aren't published.

HeatPumpsAndSolar.co.uk

A consumer site for heat pumps and solar that sells the air source heat pump enquiries it generates to MCS-certified installers only. Each lead is assigned to one installer and never resold, and you can lock your postcode areas.

Leads cost £25–£50, with a minimum order of 10 and discounts at 25 and 50 leads a month. New partners get their first month free. Its 8-point check covers homeowner status, property and outdoor-unit suitability, financial eligibility, one-time codes for phone and email, TPS screening and a one-to-three-month timeline. Invalid numbers, rented or council properties, duplicates and out-of-area enquiries are credited within four working days. There's no setup fee and no long-term contract.

Heatpumps.co.uk

A heat pump quote site run by Nettbureau, a Norwegian company that runs comparison and quote sites in more than 14 markets. It has sister sites for EV chargers, solar and home batteries.

Each lead is shared with up to three installers in the same area, so the homeowner can compare quotes. You choose regions, private or commercial customers and installation types. Requests are verified and intent confirmed before delivery, by email, its own CRM or yours. You pay a fixed price per lead plus any subscription costs, though prices aren't published. There's no long-term contract or minimum spend. Leads with wrong details or outside your criteria can be submitted for review within its timeframe, and approved cases are credited or replaced.

iLeads

Generates air source, ground source and gas-to-heat-pump enquiries from quote forms on its own sites, including WhatDeal.com, for MCS-certified installers and renewable heating specialists.

Each enquiry goes to a maximum of three businesses, because the homeowner asked to compare quotes, and is never resold later. Numbers are verified with a one-time code and duplicates removed. The price is fixed per lead and agreed before you start, but isn't published. You top up a prepaid balance, with no subscription, minimum term or monthly fee. A lead with a fake or disconnected number, or outside your area, is credited if you flag it within seven days.

Lead Pronto

Sells exclusive air source heat pump leads from £15 a lead. Each lead goes to one installer only and is never resold. It covers England, Scotland and Wales, with targeting down to postcodes, and runs grant-route and able-to-pay campaigns separately.

Web leads come from its own funnels and brands and go to your CRM as soon as the form is submitted, matched to criteria agreed before launch. It also sells booked appointments and hot keys, priced on enquiry. There's no retainer, contract or notice period, and each campaign has a rejection policy agreed before it goes live.

Leads 2 Trade

Sells air source heat pump leads from its own websites to MCS-registered installers in its network, qualified twice by its in-house call centre. It qualifies on homeownership, property, current heating, the system wanted, awareness of the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, a six-month timeline and how they'll pay.

How many installers get a lead depends on its type. Hot Key leads go to one installer and are handed over on the phone. Premium leads go to a maximum of three, with booked appointments and a "no pitch, no fee" guarantee. Qualified leads are sent out up to four times, and Lead Vault leads are sold first come, first served. Prices aren't published, and there are no joining or subscription fees. You can reject a lead within 72 hours for the reasons it lists, and cancelling needs 14 to 30 days' notice.

Leads for Solar

Sells exclusive solar, battery, heat pump and EV charger leads to installers across the UK, mostly air source for heat pumps. Leads come from its own websites, social media and door-to-door canvassing.

You add your MCS number, then pick leads from a board showing the area, property type, current heating and price, and the lead comes off the board once you buy it. Heat pump leads cost from £40. It says leads are checked before they go live, but doesn't say how. It's free to register.

POCKLA

This is us

Finds homeowners looking into an air source heat pump, follows up on WhatsApp or by text, and sends each lead to your CRM or POCKLA Desk. It generates air source leads only, not ground source.

Every lead is sold once, to one buyer, and invalid numbers are returned with no time limit. It publishes an indicative £20–£50 per qualified web lead, with the exact price agreed on a call. The phone number is checked live and the postcode against your area. Everything else is the homeowner's own answers on the form, and you choose the postcodes. It checks MCS certification before launch if you advertise it, and also does live transfers, priced on your criteria. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum term.

PoweredLeads

Sells solar and air source heat pump leads at the same prices, from £45 per accepted lead, varying with order size and repeat orders. Prices are quoted excluding VAT, as it's below the VAT threshold.

You buy in prepaid blocks, seeing the order size, price and delivery terms before you buy. For heat pumps, exclusivity, coverage and the checks on each lead are confirmed in your order. There's no retainer, setup fee or contract term. A lead that misses the agreed standard is replaced as account credit, with no time limit, but there are no cash refunds on delivered leads that met it.

Sales Fuel

Sells air source heat pump leads across mainland England, Scotland and Wales, from a postcode to a region, as web leads, booked appointments or live call transfers. It asks about homeownership, the property, current heating, insulation, outdoor space, grant eligibility and budget.

Leads are exclusive to you for 30 days. After that, one you haven't contacted can go back on sale. Its FAQ puts a lead at around £25 plus VAT at base, paid upfront, with a minimum order of 50 leads, or 10 a week for hot keys and appointments. There's no contract. A dead number, hoax or duplicate reported within 30 days is replaced free.

Watts Marketing

Sells exclusive air source heat pump appointments, booked into your diary and issued once. It doesn't cold call: the homeowner asks first, then its own UK call centre qualifies them on ownership, credit, the decision makers being present and whether the property can take an external unit. Listed buildings and conservation areas are filtered out.

Prices aren't published. There are no contracts or tie-ins. An appointment that doesn't go ahead is returned and replaced with a fresh lead.

Which heat pump lead suppliers are exclusive?

Seven sell every heat pump lead to one installer: EcoMatch, GMS Leads, HeatPumpsAndSolar.co.uk, Lead Pronto, Leads for Solar, POCKLA and Watts Marketing.

At the others, it depends:

  • Boiler Guide, Heatpumps.co.uk and iLeads share each lead with up to three installers.
  • Leads 2 Trade sends a lead to between one and four installers, depending on the lead type.
  • Sales Fuel keeps a lead exclusive to you for 30 days.
  • PoweredLeads confirms heat pump exclusivity in your order.

A shared lead isn't a worse version of an exclusive one, just a different product. Our guide to exclusive vs shared leads explains the difference.

How much do heat pump leads cost?

Published prices among the suppliers here start at £15 a lead at Lead Pronto. EcoMatch charges £20 for a raw enquiry and £40 for a verified one. HeatPumpsAndSolar.co.uk charges £25–£50, Leads for Solar from £40 and PoweredLeads from £45 per accepted lead. Sales Fuel puts a lead at around £25 plus VAT at base. POCKLA publishes an indicative £20–£50 per qualified web lead.

Boiler Guide, GMS Leads, Heatpumps.co.uk, iLeads, Leads 2 Trade and Watts Marketing don't publish prices.

The price depends on your area, your criteria, the volume and whether the lead is exclusive. A booked appointment and a web enquiry aren't two prices for the same thing either, so compare what each lead includes before comparing what it costs.

What to ask before you buy heat pump leads

  • Who else gets the lead? One installer, up to three, or more, and for how long.
  • What exactly am I buying? A web enquiry, a phone-qualified lead or a booked appointment.
  • What's checked, and how? Homeownership, outdoor space for the unit, current heating, and whether the number was tested.
  • Grant or able to pay? Ask how the homeowner was told about grants, and whether you can choose between grant-route and self-funded enquiries.
  • What counts as a bad lead, and how long do I have to report it? The terms here run from 72 hours to no time limit.
  • What ties me in? Minimum orders, prepaid blocks, notice periods and setup fees.
  • Do you need my MCS certification? Most suppliers here ask for it or check it.

Our guide to how to choose a lead generation company sets out ten questions to ask any supplier, and our comparison of UK lead generation companies covers solar and other sectors.

How we checked

We started from the suppliers that come up when you ask search engines and AI assistants who sells air source heat pump leads in the UK. We left out any that don't advertise heat pump leads. Then we read each supplier's own website on 25 October 2026: its heat pump page, plus its pricing, terms and FAQ pages where we used them. We didn't ask for quotes or contact any supplier. Prices and terms change, so check them with the supplier before you buy.

If you run one of these companies and something here is wrong or out of date, email team@pockla.com and we'll correct it.
