What does each supplier offer?
Adfluential
Sells leads in many UK home improvement sectors. Its insulation page covers households looking into loft or foil insulation, installed or upgraded. Removal enquiries have their own page, and cavity and solid wall insulation aren't mentioned.
Leads come from campaigns it owns and manages. Contact details are checked, each enquiry is matched to the criteria agreed with your team, and each lead carries the answers to the qualifying questions agreed for the campaign. You name the regions or postcodes you cover, and it confirms whether it has supply there. Leads go to your CRM, by email or into a Google Sheet. You can pay per lead, pay per lead with its managed call centre booking appointments, or pay a revenue share once a job is completed. Prices, exclusivity, contract terms and bad-lead terms aren't published.
Cleeo
Describes itself as loft insulation and solar specialist marketing. It builds a website for your business, ranks it on Google in your towns and charges per lead: a one-off setup fee for the site, then a per-lead price agreed up front, with the first three enquiries free. Its insulation page covers loft insulation and boarding, cavity wall, solid wall, underfloor, room-in-roof, spray foam removal and cavity extraction, on both grant-funded and self-funded work.
It takes one installer per town, across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and nothing is shared or resold. Enquiries are sent to your phone. Prices aren't published, and how leads are checked isn't described. There's no monthly fee, its contract has 30 days' notice, and wrong-area, wrong-trade or spam enquiries aren't charged. It also runs Facebook ads, for a monthly fee plus your own ad budget.
Geordie Leads
A North East England company selling trade leads from across the UK. Its insulation leads cover loft, cavity wall, solid wall and underfloor insulation, from both ECO and self-paying customers. Its loft page sells ECO-funded loft enquiries, and its cavity wall page both ECO-funded and self-paying ones.
Leads come from homeowners who searched online and submitted their details, on sites including CavityWall.co.uk, with their consent, IP address and the time recorded. They reach your inbox or CRM within five minutes, or you can pick leads by location and date in its partner portal. There are no long-term contracts and no minimum volumes. Prices, exclusivity and bad-lead terms aren't published.
GMS Leads
Sells ECO4 leads for boilers and insulation across England, Scotland and Wales. The insulation measures it lists are internal, external, cavity and party wall, loft, room-in-roof, underfloor and flat roof insulation. Each lead is exclusive to your business and never resold.
Leads come from online enquiries. Its British home-based quality team confirms each one by phone, voice-records the homeowner's consent and collects a memorable word to use when you call. Leads are delivered in its online CRM. It offers a nine-day replacement period for leads that don't qualify, under its terms. Prices aren't published, and it suggests starting with a trial order.
Lead Pronto
Sells exclusive insulation leads for loft, cavity wall and spray foam removal, plus the wider retrofit measures its installer partners fit. Each lead goes to one installer only and is never resold. It covers England, Scotland and Wales, by region or postcode, and can exclude properties that need solid wall insulation instead.
Insulation leads, from homeowners paying for the work themselves or part-funding it, cost from £22. ECO4 and grant leads cost from £15, spray foam removal leads on their own from £75, and booked appointments from £130. Prices exclude VAT and depend on volume and area. Leads come from its own funnels and brands and reach your CRM as soon as the form is submitted, qualified on property type, wall construction and whether the home has had cavity work before. There's no retainer, contract or notice period, and each campaign has a rejection policy agreed before it goes live. New partners get 20 free leads after their first 100 paid ones.
Leads 2 Trade
Sells loft, cavity wall and solid wall insulation leads from its own websites, qualified twice by its in-house call centre. It qualifies on the customer being the homeowner or landlord, needing the work within six months and wanting a free survey or quote, and says its leads are qualified as able-to-pay customers, not grant or fund related. Installers need BBA or CIGA registration, or Green Deal approval.
How many installers get a lead depends on its type. Hot Key leads go to one installer and are handed over on the phone. Premium leads go to a maximum of three, with a "no pitch, no fee" guarantee. Qualified leads are sent out up to four times, and Lead Vault leads are sold first come, first served. Its page also says every insulation lead is exclusive to one company. Prices aren't published: they depend on the lead type, supply and fit or supply only, and the material. There are no joining or subscription fees. You can reject a lead within 72 hours for the reasons it lists, and cancelling needs 14 to 30 days' notice.
Leads Do Work
Sells home improvement job leads across many trades, including cavity wall and loft insulation, from what it says are more than 300 home improvement websites. Its loft page covers top-ups, new installations, removal and grant-funded upgrades.
You set your areas and job types, then either pay per lead, paying only when you accept one, or take a fixed-price weekly subscription. Its in-house team checks every enquiry is genuine, covering property ownership, contact details and basic project details, and leads arrive in real time by app, email or SMS. Its sample leads show the property type and age, ownership, heating and existing insulation. Opening an account is free, and pay per lead has no contract. Prices, exclusivity and bad-lead terms aren't published.
Let's Do Leads
A Maidenhead company that generates customers in energy efficiency and other consumer sectors. Its energy efficiency page lists underfloor, spray foam, room-in-roof, loft, and internal, external and cavity wall insulation, for ECO4 grant or able-to-pay customers.
It describes its leads as fully opted in, voice generated, fully exclusive and 100% quality checked, with several delivery options. Prices, contract terms, how leads are checked and bad-lead terms aren't published.
MCB Digital Solutions
Sells leads across several sectors, and also runs media buying and contact centre services. Its home improvements page lists spray foam, cavity wall and loft insulation. Leads come from detailed web forms, with optional phone verification by its UK contact centre.
You can buy exclusive leads, sold only to you, or cheaper shared ones, sold to a limited number of partners, typically three or four at most. Your criteria are set in an insertion order, and leads arrive in real time by API, email or a secure portal. It also offers Hot Key live transfers, where its agents qualify the lead first. A lead with invalid contact details or outside the agreed criteria is replaced free. Prices aren't published, and vary by sector, exclusivity and volume.
POCKLA
This is usFinds homeowners looking into loft, cavity wall, or external or internal wall insulation, follows up on WhatsApp or by text, and sends each lead to your CRM or POCKLA Desk. You choose the jobs you want, and each lead says which one the homeowner asked about.
Every lead is sold once, to one buyer, and invalid numbers are returned with no time limit. It publishes an indicative £20–£80 per qualified web lead, with the exact price agreed on a call: loft and cavity wall leads sit lower in the band, external and internal wall leads higher. The phone number is checked live and the postcode against your area. Everything else is the homeowner's own answers on the form, including the property, the walls and loft as they describe them, the job and their timeframe. You choose the postcodes. Its ads don't offer free insulation or funding. It checks PAS 2030 certification or TrustMark registration before launch if you advertise them, and also does live transfers, priced on your criteria. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum term.
Sales Fuel
Sells wall and loft insulation leads across mainland England, Scotland and Wales, down to a postcode, covering loft, cavity wall, floor, and external and internal wall insulation. Spray foam removal has its own page. It checks ownership, the EPC rating and condition of the property, the wall type and cavity width, that the customer is ready to buy within three months, and budget. You can buy web leads, hot keys (live or pre-booked calls) or appointments, delivered to your CRM in real time or as a protected spreadsheet.
Leads are exclusive to you for 30 days. After that, one you haven't contacted can go back on sale. Its FAQ puts a lead at around £25 plus VAT at base, paid upfront, with a minimum order of 50 leads, or 10 a week for hot keys and appointments. Pay-as-you-go has no contract. A dead number, hoax or duplicate reported within 30 days is replaced free.
Synergi Marketing
Sells ECO4, Warm Homes Plan and Boiler Upgrade Scheme leads from its own websites, with no cold calling or canvassing. Its ECO leads include cavity wall, internal and external wall, room-in-roof, underfloor and loft insulation, and you choose the measures and the area, across mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
Each lead is supplied to one installation company. Leads are confirmed by phone by its own staff, and one that doesn't meet the scheme's criteria is replaced like for like. Prices aren't published: they depend on the product, the number of leads a week and the size of the area. There are no administration or signing-on fees and no fixed contract length, and you can pause supply when you're busy. Its ECO page says some installers, once established, pay only for leads that result in an installed measure.
Watts Marketing
Sells spray foam insulation appointments, booked into your diary, for houses and bungalows with a loft or roof space that can be surveyed. It doesn't book homes that already have spray foam. One insulation firm gets each appointment, and it isn't sold again.
Its own UK call centre qualifies every appointment, checking the roof space and covering, ownership, credit, that every decision maker will be there, and that the property isn't listed or in a conservation area. Prices aren't published. There are no contracts or tie-ins, and an appointment that doesn't go ahead is returned and replaced with a fresh lead.
Which insulation lead suppliers are exclusive?
Seven say every insulation lead goes to one buyer: Cleeo, GMS Leads, Lead Pronto, Let's Do Leads, POCKLA, Synergi Marketing and Watts Marketing.
At the others, it depends or isn't published:
- Leads 2 Trade sends a lead to between one and four installers, depending on the lead type.
- MCB Digital Solutions sells exclusive or shared leads, as you choose.
- Sales Fuel keeps a lead exclusive to you for 30 days.
- Adfluential, Geordie Leads and Leads Do Work don't say.
A shared lead isn't a worse version of an exclusive one, just a different product. Our guide to exclusive vs shared leads explains the difference.
How much do insulation leads cost?
Three of the 13 publish a price. Lead Pronto's insulation leads start at £22, its ECO4 and grant leads at £15, spray foam removal leads on their own at £75 and booked appointments at £130, all excluding VAT. Sales Fuel puts a lead at around £25 plus VAT at base, across its products. POCKLA publishes an indicative £20–£80 per qualified web lead, with loft and cavity wall leads lower in the band and external and internal wall leads higher.
Adfluential, Cleeo, Geordie Leads, GMS Leads, Leads 2 Trade, Leads Do Work, Let's Do Leads, MCB Digital Solutions, Synergi Marketing and Watts Marketing don't publish prices. Cleeo charges a one-off setup fee, then a per-lead price agreed up front.
The price depends on the job, your area, your criteria, the volume and whether the lead is exclusive. A booked appointment and a web enquiry aren't two prices for the same thing either, so compare what each lead includes before comparing what it costs.
What about Checkatrade, Rated People and Bark?
Marketplaces work the other way round: the homeowner posts a job or finds a trade, and trades pay a membership or a fee to respond. Checkatrade membership costs £0, £30 a month or from £59 a month, and fixed plans run for 12 months. Rated People is now part of Checkatrade Group, and its jobs go to Checkatrade members. On Bark, you spend credits to contact a customer, with VAT on top. Up to five professionals can contact each customer, credits last three months, and credits for an invalid phone number come back if you report it within seven days.
TrustMark, which describes itself as a government-endorsed quality scheme, and Constructionline, a prequalification service for construction suppliers, are accreditation schemes rather than places to buy homeowner leads.

What to ask before you buy insulation leads
- Who else gets the lead? One installer, up to four, or more, and for how long.
- Which jobs does it cover? Loft, cavity wall, external or internal wall, underfloor or spray foam. Some suppliers here sell one type only.
- Grant-funded or able to pay? Ask which you're buying, and whether you can choose.
- What does the lead say about the property? The property type and age, the walls, what's in the loft, and whether it's listed or in a conservation area. Ask whether that's the homeowner's description or something the supplier checked. Either way, your survey still decides what the home needs.
- Owner, landlord or tenant? Some suppliers include landlords or rented homes.
- What's checked, and how? Whether the number was tested, and whether anyone spoke to the homeowner.
- What counts as a bad lead, and how long do I have to report it? The terms here run from 72 hours to no time limit, and some suppliers don't publish any.
- What ties me in? Setup fees, minimum orders, subscriptions and notice periods.
- Which accreditation do you need? Leads 2 Trade asks for BBA or CIGA registration or Green Deal approval, and POCKLA checks PAS 2030 or TrustMark if you advertise them.
Our guide to how to choose a lead generation company sets out ten questions to ask any supplier, and our comparison of UK lead generation companies covers solar and other sectors.
How we checked
We started from the suppliers that come up when you ask search engines and AI assistants who sells insulation leads in the UK. We left out any that don't advertise insulation leads, and agencies that charge a monthly fee to run your ads rather than selling leads. Then we read each supplier's own website on 29 October 2026: its insulation page, plus its pricing, terms and FAQ pages where we used them. We didn't ask for quotes or contact any supplier. Prices and terms change, so check them with the supplier before you buy.
If you run one of these companies and something here is wrong or out of date, email team@pockla.com and we'll correct it.
